I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University. Throughout my career, I have had the honor of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating life’s challenges, helping them find clarity, healing, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy is grounded in a client-centered model, which focuses on creating a non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, empowering them to embrace their authentic selves while providing the tools they need to achieve their goals.

A key component of my practice is Brainspotting, a cutting-edge therapeutic technique designed to help individuals process trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. Brainspotting allows for deep processing by tapping into the brain’s natural ability to heal itself, which has shown significant results for clients dealing with past traumas or persistent emotional difficulties. This method, which I am highly trained in, allows for profound healing, making it an incredibly powerful tool for those who may feel stuck in their emotional journey.
