Jessica Dominguez
Supervised Therapist
Welcome—I’m Jessica, a bilingual therapist based in the Memphis, TN area, offering therapy sessions in both English and Spanish. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University and am currently practicing under the supervision of Aleyda Sanchez, LPC-MHSP (S).
I work with young adults and adults who are navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, and long-standing patterns that affect daily life. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood and generational trauma, identity exploration, and the challenges of balancing multiple cultural expectations.
As a Latina therapist, I’m passionate about providing a safe and affirming space for multicultural and Latinx clients. I recognize how cultural stigmas, systemic barriers, and family dynamics can deeply influence mental health. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and understanding as you process these experiences and move toward healing.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to your unique needs. I primarily incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and develop practical coping tools.
Whether you’re seeking support for past wounds or trying to better understand your current emotions, I’ll meet you where you are—with compassion, respect, and care.
Now accepting new clients for in-person sessions in Memphis and telehealth appointments across Tennessee.
