I believe that everyone deserves to live with a liberated heart, one that is free to feel without shame. I am passionate about helping individuals in emotional processing and releasing repressive beliefs that prevent them from recognizing the innate goodness that they already possess.
I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating shame, anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma and grief, attachment challenges, and existential concerns. I believe therapy should be a safe and curious space—one where you can learn to explore, process, and grow toward meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in a Person-Centered perspective, and I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to guide clients in exploring untapped potential and healing wounded parts with compassion rather than judgment.
I believe in the importance of delivering all inclusive, culturally competent care and the advancement of human rights through policy advocacy and community building practices. I have over twelve years of experience and volunteer work in substance use recovery and I am committed to supporting others through their recovery journey.
Whether you are seeking healing, growth, or new ways of understanding yourself, I am here to walk alongside you. I look forward to working together as you take the next step in your journey.
