Karla earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in the same field. She works with teenagers, adults, and couples who are navigating life changes, stress, or challenging seasons. Using a person-centered and integrative approach, she draws from different evidence-based therapy methods and tailors her work to each individual. Karla guides clients in exploring the relationships and experiences that have shaped them to gain greater insight into themselves.

She is dedicated to creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and comfortable. Karla believes growth happens when clients feel heard and understood. Through a holistic lens, she encourages clients to make sense of their thoughts and feelings to take steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.
